4 out of 5 stars   Cool high resolution micro projector
By John on February 09, 2011
Review submitted for AAXA Technologies M2 Micro Projector (AAXAMP20001)
Pros: XGA resolution, Small Size, Good colors, Long life LEDs
Cons: Loud fan, Confusing user interface
Other Comments: I like this little projector. It's not a 52" LED TV but as a gaming projector it's very cool. I have this projector hooked up to my Xbox 360 with HDMI. Right now I can cover my entire wall in my room with Dead Space 2 (lights off of course). Only downside is the fan is loud enough where I need to turn up the sound. This also doubles as a movie player as it can play movies straight off my USB drive

5 out of 5 stars   aaxatech M2 worth getting
By TechCowboy on January 13, 2011
Review submitted for AAXA Technologies M2 Micro Projector (AAXAMP20001)
Pros: 1GB Onboard memory, 110 lumens is bright, 1024x768 resolution
Cons: Fan is a bit loud
Other Comments: When I first bought a pico projector a year ago, I was quite disappointed at how low powered they were but I guess that's how technology advances, gotta start somewhere. A friend of mine bought a M1 and I was quite impressed so I decided to look into this company and found the M2. They claim it is the first 1024x768 projector which seems to be true, most of the ones I see are 800x600 only. But what I really like is being able to use 1600x1200 on my computer! The only gripe if you can call it that would be the fan being a bit louder than expected but nothing unmanagable. Once you get the speakers going, the sound is almost gone. Overall, if you have been hesitant to get into the smaller projector category, this is a good entry I think. It sure beats spending 10x the amount for something that does the same thing.
