I might even buy a new one. My issue? This company regarding this product. The customer service department seemed cordial and kind when actually conversing to, but if problems arise, there's no response. At least for me.I bought these speakers through one of Beach Camera's [...] listings in late April. I left positive feedback but it stopped working sometime mid July. No big deal, must've been a defect product, contacting the company seemed like a simple solution. After some back and forth with Beach Camera, I was suggested to contact Altec Lansing as they claimed the warranty would cover it, but when I did, AL claimed products bought through [...] (business company or not) won't be included in the warranty. So I rounded back to Beach Camera who gave me Maurice, their manager's, ext. I left 3 voice messages in the past 2 weeks and called many times more only to answer to voicemail.I figured it's not worth to continue this trek anymore since I'm not losing much financially if I don't get a replacement. But I certainly don't appreciate the disregard. I don't think I'll deal with Beach Camera again. But if I do, there's a few pointers I'll adhere to: Never buy through [...] with ANY company (except maybe B&H and larger corporations). Never leave positive feedback for tech products until a few months of use. Remember that Beach Camera has a 30-day return policy regardless of situation so make sure the product you buy will have a warranty from its respective company.Thanks for reading.
