We took it on vacation to help store photos and to help kill time at the airport. Watched a movie at the airport with no problems. It's not so great with HD movies, but everything else was fine. I love it. I can use it while watching TV or when I'm in a hotel room. The display is very clear. The only con is the pixel range is a max 600 versus 780 that some programs require. screen display poses a problem if you want a medium or large font.
