Pros: Good picture after setup, read how to set up best user mode picture.
before setup and at stock settings, fonts were blurry and unreadable.
Even though it was a refurb, i didn't have any dead pixels.
Cons: I bought this monitor brand new for my son a couple months before i bought this one for myself. I paid ten bucks more for this refurb than i did for the brand new one.
the packaging was ok for the monitor itself, bubble packaged nice and safe, the base and one rgb cord were flotting around in the box unprotected. the base was scratched up some, no big deal since i'm mounting it on a vesa arm.
Other Comments: I downsized from a 40" to the 27 ". I couldnt afford a 32" Benq so i went with this one. the size downgrade is noticable, but im used to it after a couple weeks. My eyes are not bothering me now after getting this flicker free panel.
I will eventually buy the 32" after the bugs are worked out of it.3200PT has banding issues.
