Pros: Very attractive price, Excellent Grill, Nice Large Work Surface, Accurate temp control

Other Comments: Everything seems to work very well and the grill performs as expected. Took some time to understand the differences in food prep when using non stick surfaces. Food doesn't brown up the same way. (pancakes) and so I tended to overcook. Still like to results I get with All Clad 10" fry pan better (stainless cooking surface) but nothing beat the ease of non stick. Since the grill is rather large, finding a place to store it can be challenging.
