The packaging the delivery time. and the service itself from order to delivery. Well done Buydig you came through again for me. Thanks The Binoculars were a present to my son in law. My wife tried them at a high school football game and liked them. She asked me to order a pair for her too, but unfortunately I could not find them anywhere. Pity. The new binoculars that replaced them with the same supplier's number were almost 1 pound heavier. For a spectator's sport this is not convenient. Cons: My son in law, my daughter and my wife tried the binoculars and loved them. I could not use them. It appeared that my eyes are wider spred than theirs. The sight barrels could not swing far enough from each other to accomodate my eyes. This should be an easy redesign by Bushnell. Other Comments: The rating stars were non functional. I use them for hunting, hiking, birding, and boating with care not to get them too wet. They are the first binoculars that I don't have to constantly try to keep both eyes in focus, you just put them up to your eyes and they are in focus, even if you wear glasses. I can finally follow a flying Osprey and it will stay focussed. I strongly recommend these for anyone that doesn't want to spend hundreds of dollars for the high end binoculars, I know I am very pleased with the ones I bought and so is my wife with the pair I got for her.
