Other Comments: I purchased this lens after debating a bit on whether to get the Sigma 35/1.4. Given all the uncertainty about focusing issues with the Siggy, as well as the stellar reviews for the Canon 35/2 IS, I chose the Canon. It has proved to be a very good decision for me. The lens is tack sharp, very fast to focus and is very light and compact. It balances very well on my 6D and the combo is very light and easy to handle. IQ is excellent, very sharp even wide open. Bokeh is very nice. All in all, highly recommended.

Other Comments: This lens is reasonably sharp wide open and tack sharp by F/2.8. It's a convenient size/weight for a walk around...one of my most used lenses.
