Review submitted for Cobra PhoneLynx Bluetooth Cell to Home Phone Connection System (BT 215) (COBBT215)
Pros: Versatile, Good Sensitivity, Neat Features or Extras
Cons: None
Other Comments: Super product that works EXACTLY as described. I come in the house, lay my cell on the table and use my Panasonic 5-handset cordless phone just as if my cell was a landline. Incredible convenience.

Review submitted for Cobra PhoneLynx Bluetooth Cell to Home Phone Connection System (BT 215) (COBBT215)
Pros: Works as advertised, Expands cellphone use, Pairs with two phones
Cons: None at this time
Other Comments: The PhoneLynx was tricky to set up because I live near a 50,000 watt radio transmitter. Once I found a clean power outlet and connected it to a phone not connected to a land phone service it worked great. Now I can use my 300ft range GN Netcom headset with with my cell phones.

4 out of 5 stars   Best product when dropping landline

Review submitted for Cobra PhoneLynx Bluetooth Cell to Home Phone Connection System (BT 215) (COBBT215)
Pros: Worked as promised, Small, Easy set-up
Cons: none
Other Comments: Plugged in the PhoneLynx, connected each of my phones via Bluetooth "search for new device", and had everything working perfectly in about 2 minutes. Very easy setup, my phones link automatically to the PhoneLynx each time I enter the house, and I can easily make or receive phone calls using all three of my home cordless phones. The only reason I didn't mark this a 5.0 is because I've only had it for two weeks, but I imagine time will tell the same story. Great product, works as promised, saved me $40 a month in home phone fees - now I can hear/use my cell phone from anywhere in the house!!
I recommend this product Yes, I recommend this product

Review submitted for Cobra PhoneLynx Bluetooth Cell to Home Phone Connection System (BT 215) (COBBT215)
Pros: Easy to use inexpensive
Cons: Slighty delay
Other Comments: it is easy to install and pair with cell phones. And it is inexpensive. It is a good buy if you do not have a landline and there is no more than 2 cell phones to pair with the device.

3 out of 5 stars   Cobra PhoneLynx Problems
By Fred on August 10, 2011

Review submitted for Cobra PhoneLynx Bluetooth Cell to Home Phone Connection System (BT 215) (COBBT215)
Pros: Good idea
Cons: Misleading Advertising
Other Comments: The advertisement on your internet site as well as Cobra's states that the PhoneLynx connected to a single land phone will ring all phones in the house. This is not true unless your land phones are wireless. Also, the quality my my cell phone calls both sent and received was not very good. I had my land number transferred to my cell phone and discontinued my land phone service. When I discovered that the PhoneLynx didn't work as advertised, it was difficult and time consuming to get the number transferred back to my land carrier. I didn't want to replace my land phones with a wireless system. The concept is great IF you have very good cell phone reception AND you phones are all wireless. Even the instructions that came with the PhoneLynx clearly stated that one must NOT connect the PhoneLynx to a wall outlet. After I had my land phone disconnected, I tried connecting the PhoneLynx to a wall outlet. That didn't work either. I would imagine that if someone completely cut the wire from their home to the land line company it might work okay. I didn't try that approach.
