Pros: This pan makes me smile. I love this pan because of it's size and casserole handles. Not too big for 4 of them to be on the stove at one time, and you don't have 4 long handles sticking up all over the place while trying to cook, and you can go from stove top or oven to the counter for serving in this beautiful pan. Casserole pans are hard to find. I love my find!

Other Comments: Tips I found on stainless steel.
Heat pan on high for a minute, then add oil. The oil may smoke slightly. Turn heat down and remove pan from eye if eye doesn't cool immediately. (most old electrics don't). Now your pan is stick free! Even eggs come out beautifully and do not stick.
If chicken or potatoes want to stick do not pry them off the bottom. When they are done on that side they will release on their own.
