But this size/design is great. I hope the coating lasts. Never heat nonstick beyond medium heat. The coatings can become toxic. Cookware quality plus a good heavy weight has really went down. Nonstick surfaces do not hold up even when silicone and Teflon cooking utensils are used. Non stick surface works very well and I love the stay cool handles. Great pan, you could buy 3 of these for less than the cost of some other equivalent pans.
