Truly awful product

Cuisinart CNFB-433 Non-Stick Fish Basket

Pros: Attractive appearance.
Cons: Just about everything other than appearance! While the shape is attractive, it precludes holding fish that is not the right size. The latch to close the basket is touchy and difficult to use. But the worst aspect of the product is the handle. It is designed to be used for the sole purpose of turning the basket after the fish has been cooking on the grill - and then detach. But once the basket is placed on the grill it is difficult to detach and virtually impossible to reattach. It requires holding the basket with one hand and shoving the handle into the latch with the other. But who wants to hold the hot, greasy fish basket over the extremely hot grill while shoving in the handle? A totally unworkable design. So, I tried leaving the handle attached protruding out the grill. But as a result, the plastic handle melted all over the grill! What a mess! Try a larger all purpose basket with a METAL handle.
Fortunately, Buydig has been quite reputable and I'm sure they will accept the return.
