  Basket Grilling By Orchidman on March 02, 2014 Review submitted for Cuisinart Simply Grilling Nonstick Grilling Basket (CUICNTB422) Pros: Adjusts to multi-levels for different thicknesses. Size is excellent as it will handle four steaks or four fish fillets. Very useful for blackening spices, although I go for the flavor rather than trying to truly blacken the surfaces. Great for shrimp and other foods that could burn easily if placed directly on the grill grids. Very easy to clean. Cons: I have had to pinch the clip that holds the two pieces together with a pliers. That seems to enable turning over without the two pieces separating. I think the grid sizes are perfect, however, you should not expect to hold pieces under 3/4 - 1". You can fit 6 big burgers on it too. The top is adjustible and fits any size foods from about a 1/2" up to 2". I just wish the handle was a little longer, but if you wear gloves its fine.
