Pros: We were leery about purchasing a factory refurbished toaster oven, but it was the one my husband wanted. What we like best is that you push the button for toast, bagels, etc. and it comes out perfect every time.
Cons: The high edge along the front edge of the oven shelf prevents sliding toast or bagels or waffles straight onto the plate, but we keep tongs next to the toaster to lift them out and onto the plates.
