Pros: inexpensive, shipped immediately. great communication. cuisinart for the price of a cheap Mr. Coffee.
Cons: Was factory refurbished...works fine but who ever bought it first and put it together screwed up the add water cover and when I got the item, it was fixed but pretty wobbly. Believe me, the company did the best they could with what they had to work with. It was still a great deal!

Pros: The color is a perfect complement for my granite counter and back splash tiles. The coffee is ready in 10 minutes and it tastes great. My other orange coffee maker died after only a few months, but Cuisinart had quit making them and the replacement they sent was red.
Cons: Previous one died after a few months.
Other Comments: I might even order another if I can find it, as a backup.
