Pros: WE needed a coffee maker that made 14 cups, not 12. This one fit the bill. I like the charcoal filter for the water.
Cons: This machine is slightly taller than the old and will not fit under the cabinets over the counter. Missed it by 1/8".
Other Comments: for those that need a machine that makes 1 extra mug of coffee. This is the one .Buydig had the best price on it . We live in eastern Pa. and got the machine the nest day on standard shipping.
They mailed it less than 1 hour after ordering on line. A+++++
