Other Comments: Heavy duty stainless steel, cleans easily, good heat distribution. I got the casserole to fry in instead of a covered fry pan because the sides are straight and it can go in the oven without the fry pan handle getting in the way. You dont really want a handle on a pan this big because you will not be sauteing.
