Pros: After researching numerous types of convection/toaster ovens this one was the best by far! We've had it for a few weeks now and learning the controls are simple, cleaning it is extremely easy, and love, love the additional racks it comes with. Two of my favorite features happens to be the interior light, which is a huge plus. The second great feature is that the rack will come out of the toaster oven slightly so that there's less chance of burning yourself. We would highly recommend this product.
Cons: It's a little expensive, but buydig had the best price!
