Pros: I bought this machine a year ago, and I never thought it will perform that well and still amazes me
with this high quality performance knowing that i am a heavy coffee drinker who drinks almost four cups a day, and the second best thing is the good reasonable price.

Pros: Ease of operation, quick pre-heat, ( use the quick method and flush through the upper screen to help remove errand grindings.)
Cons: Needs a 4 cup version. I've grown used to a double shot every morning from my old Capresso boiler pot. It supplies enough steam to froth enough milk for 2 doubles.
