Verified Purchase Review submitted for DeLonghi RO2058 - 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven with Rotisserie (DLRO2058) Pros: Cons: And one can get burned, It falls out of the slots, Rack has no stop, Hot dishes can fall Other Comments: I have owned DeLonghi toaster ovens in the past when they were great. This one has no stop on the wire rack so when you are removing a hot dish, it can tilt and spill over your hands. As there is nothing with which to pull the rack out, if you are wearing gloves, they can catch fire on the bottom burners. The wire rack not only can tilt forward, but on the sides, it fell out of the runners. Very poorly designed product. Does not live up to what DeLonghi was before it was made in China.   Not happy By Butters on September 21, 2010 Review submitted for DeLonghi RO2058 - 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven with Rotisserie (DLRO2058) Pros: Cons: Safety Hazard, Racks tip back, Slow to toast bread Other Comments: I would like to return this product. I was very excited about getting it, but it has been a disappointment. First, the oven rack will tip back and your food will slide to the back making getting it out of the oven very difficult. For some reason they did not install the grill rails entirely across the unit, so stability when taking food out is impossible. Heating elements are very exposed, so be careful you don't catch your mittens on fire. Toasting bread takes awhile, not as handie as a conventional toaster.
