Pros: I really like the fact that you can zoom while taking video - previous cameras I've had and others in the same price range don't always have this feature. It takes great pictures and video, which I incorporate in video movies of my hunting and fishing trips. Size is also a consideration, as I like to stick it in a shirt pocket to keep it handy. Probably more features than I'll ever use, as I'm not a real photography buff - just want something that's easy to use and takes good pictures. Battery life is good, although I purchased a couple of spare batteries with greater mAhrs than the one that came with the camera. All-in-all a great value.

Other Comments: I had a previous model that I really liked, but misplaced. I bought this one as a replacement, with several advanced features (more MP, and longer zoom), otherwise it's about the same.
