Great Products/Terrible Customer Service

Pros: Sturdy, Great video outdoors, Waterproof
Cons: Grainy indoors, Sound quality, Grainy in low light
Other Comments: Great product and the pack it comes with are very handy. You can keep most of the mounts in the carrying case/the camera/ every cable/ three batteries/ extra SD cards/ and the different backdoors for the Case. The only problems I had been that I never got the screen cleaning kit and the customer service was TERRIBLE.
