Cons: when using Full Telephoto must hold very steady. Other Comments: I was Looking for a DSLR and it looked like I had to spend for $1000.00 for the same thing Pentax XG1 gives you. Verified Purchase Review submitted for Ricoh Pentax XG-1 52X Megazoom 16MP Digital Camera 16GB Bundle (Black) (E1PKXG1K) Pros: It's mind boggling that you can buy 52x zoom for this price. The first shot I took was to test the 52x zoom. Used a tripod and 10 second shutter delay to avoid any possibly of movement. Results are wonderfully sharp. BuyDig already had the lowest delivered price so adding the carry bag and 16GB card was icing on the cake. I've bought many digital cameras, from pocket size to full-frame DSLR, since 1998 (actually lost count). This is by far the best bang for the buck I have ever purchased. Zoom is 24mm-1248mm (35mm equivalent). To duplicate 52x zoom, with a DSLR lens, you could buy (if you can find one) a Canon 1200mm lens for $165,000. Cons: Battery life is a bit short so buy a spare battery. Other Comments: If you want to get nostalgic, not too many years ago you would have paid more for a 16GB card than the present price for this whole package.
