Best mirrorless camera

Pros: Connects to Samsung Galaxy S3 with ease
Easy to share photos via email or upload to Picasa directly from camera
Great daylight photos
Cons: Night shooting produces some noise
Image stabilization only available in separately purchased lens
Flash gives off blue-white glow
Other Comments: This camera takes fantastic daytime photos in natural lighting situations. The detail is incredible. Auto mode is fool proof but be sure to choose a different mode or fix the settings manually when taking action shots. This camera pairs with my Galaxy S3 smartphone for easy sharing of photos, which is a great option and prevents my photos from getting lost on the memory card for ages. For the price, you can't beat the NX2000. You could try to find an entry level DSLR for slightly more $$ but it will likely be a barebones model without all of the bells and whistles that this Samsung mirrorless camera includes. The quality of the photos produced by the NX2000 is on par (by my layman eye) with my friend's Canon DSLR that cost 3x as much. I use the camera for family outings and sporting events. The NX2000 has performed well in these conditions for me. I wish there were built in image stabilization but I have not found that to be much of an issue. Many of the NX line of lens have IS built in but the included lens in this kit does not. Someday I will likely upgrade the lens but for my purposes, the included kit lens is just fine.
If you have a Samsung smartphone then this is a great option for you. Even without a Galaxy phone, the NX2000 is an incredible value in mirrorless cameras. Image quality that rivals DSLRs at the price of your run of the mill point-and-shoot.

Pros: This is how a smart camera should work. Connects effortlessly to my smartphone to transfer pictures. Really happy with the image quality and low light performance. Great camera.
Cons: The stock lens is surprising in that it doesn't have manual focus.
