Pros: Excellent brightness, colors, contrast, crystal clear picture/images, more features/applications than any one person would ever need, 3D Feature most impressive on actual 3D channel programs. Even with all shades open during middle of a sunny day, Samsung Plasma Image is vibrant and super easy to watch in my sunroom. BuyDig.com and Samsung delivered as promised
Cons: Motion control and voice control functions difficult to understand/master (for me anyway). Sometimes features or control icons appear on screen without intentionally activating them (motion and sound in particular).
Other Comments: With so much content to master, this TV could overwhelm none technical users. I'm just using a few of the features and applications after several weeks installed (I'm in my 70's but come from technical background). My more technical son (in his 40's), is really pleased with the features and performance of the Samsung Plasma and easily moves among them (he too has questions about how to control motion and sound controls).
Attached images were taken with iPhone and background brightness darkened the images due to light flooding in windows. Room is much brighter than these make it appear.
