Pros: Quality of Photos
Cons: Difficult Panoramic Feat, Complicated settings, Auto Setting Are A Pain, Not user friendly
Other Comments: This camera was purchase specifically so we could have great quality photos and panoramic ability. Unfortunately, the panoramic assist is quite complicated and not user friendly. I'm not sure why it needs to be so complicated and it was very frustrating for us during our trip. The photo quality is fabulous, but the fact that the panoramic was so complex, overshadowed the good qualities. I also do NOT like that you cannot select your own image features like: soft portrait mode, landscape mode, etc. The camera wants to do this for you ... Well, I'm not stupid and know when I want to use what. The camera doesn't necessarily pick the right ones to use. So, then you have to go into the complex setting to sort out details that you really shouldn't have to do. I'm sorry we bought this Fuji based on online critic acclaims. Yes: the pic quality is great, IF you fiddle with the camera long enough to get your settings correct. It's a pain. Buy an SLR, they are easier to deal with.
