Pros: It arrived in a timely manner It is attractive with a solid base. The picture looks crisp and it quickly found my wifi. The apps are okay but I only use Netflix and Pandora. I don't pay for other services.
Cons: This will not cast directly from a browser website. I would like to stream online content but there is no browser app.

Pros: love everything about it! very lightweight, sleek, gorgeous color and incredible picture quality. top notch specs, no other tv in this price range compared.

Other Comments: i researched this thoroughly and didn't find anything in this price range (400 out the door) with the specs this tv has. i've been a professional photographer for 15yrs so I'm specifically attuned to the visual aspects (color, contrast etc). plain and simple~its a gorgeous tv and i couldn't be happier with my investment through buydig! ridiculously quick shipment and delivery as well

Pros: Great design. Excellent HD picture, once calibrated. Good for a bright room. Reasonable good remote - but not illuminated keys. But has a keyboard on reverse side, which is very cool.
Cons: Sound not great, but really no flat screens have good sound. This tv might be slightly worse, but just know you will want to buy external speakers.
Other Comments: This tv is a great value. You'd probably have to spend 1200 to get one of similar quality with another brand. I got my Vizio for 850. Very happy

Cons: FOR A 60" TV, YOU WOULD THINK THE CHANNEL AND PROGRAM INFORMATION WOULD BE READABLE FROM ACROSS THE ROOM. HAVE TO GET UP AND MOVE CLOSER TO READ THE INFO. UNLIKE MY 42" VIZIO, THE UP COMING PROGRAMS ARE NOT DISPLAYED.
Other Comments: THE TV CAN ONLY BE TURNED ON AND OFF WITH THE REMOTE, AN ON/OFF SWITCH WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE.

Other Comments: There NEEDS to be a section that ALSO includes customer service! I purchased a TV previous to this one and was so unhappy ONLY because when I finally opened it and put the stand on it I found that the screen was cracked from top to bottom. I was so excited just to get kicked in the stomach from pulling everything out, putting it together, getting an added cable box just to stand it up and see it broken. I immediately called to have it returned and then posted a review because it was my first purchase on this site and I was hoping something like that wouldn't happen! The SAME DAY I posted what happen I was immediately contacted by Bill who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right and to trust in them. Now....I do understand during shipping things happen and I didn't know if it was shipping or the company I was just upset. So I gave them (actually Bill) a second chance (very nervous) but Bill had Fed Ex come back the next day to pick up the broken TV and had already shipped me a new TV before they received the broken one. I received it the day after I sent in the broken one...took a deep breath...opened it and it was PERFECT! HOWEVER...if it wasn't for customer service...Bill...I probably would have warned everyone against this company to run away as fast as you can! I have NEVER received this kind of customer service from any other site nor a store! I defiantly recommend ANYONE purchase from this company and I will defiantly be spending a lot more here now that I know REAL people are behind this site that reach out to you instead of just hiding behind the site not caring!
