You actually get two batteries and 2 chargers. You get a small "How To" with it. You really need to go on the internet to get the full Camera Guide. However, the camera itself pretty much tells you what to do, if you had a digital camera before. The more I use it, the more I like it. It's really easy to use. You will not be disappointed. Thank You Larrybeez1 Cons: The Camera Tripod is only about 4" tall. So you probably need to go to Walmart or someplace to purchase a taller one if you need it. Other Comments: I had a small digital camera that fit on my belt before. This one is much bigger and needs to be wore around your neck. It takes some time to get used to the big one.
