Pros: Perfect size for me.. Makes great tasting coffee, it's hot and the warmer keeps the second mug full hot too. Easy to use, I just pour 2 mugs of water in it and 2 scoops of coffee turn it on and in 5 minuets its ready..
Cons: If you put the pour spout right on the lip of the mug when serving I get no leaking what so ever.
Other Comments: It said refurbished on the box, But it looked brand new to me... Really can not beat it for the $20 dollar price. I got a nice free mug with it too...
