Pros: Vivid colors in a HD format which gives great depth. Almost disconcerting in "ordinary " TV shows like crime dramas. Then there's the 3D. I was a skeptic ( my husband, the true believer, was sold before the TV arrived) but the 3D really does look like something you would see in a theater. The 3D glasses are light weight and adapt easily to all sizes of people. Everyone was mesmerized by the dinosaur head and the schools of fish coming out of the screen ! My husband loves using gestures on the remote. And so thin - easy to hang on the wall. All in all an excellent purchase.
Cons: Learning the remote will take some time.
Other Comments: We bought the 2013 model at an amazing prize with BuyDig. Excellent customer service and delivery service.

Pros: Beautiful set. Great picture. Decent sound. The only thing open box about it was 1 pair of 3D glasses appeared to have been opened, otherwise I would say the set was new as you can get. Smart TV functions work well for me, no drop outs.
Cons: Cost
Other Comments: I don't know how you could be disappointed with this set. We (family) all love it.

Pros: Doesn't have the 'dark' screen or heat of a plasma set - Apps are apps but the 8000 does set up the interface better than most. Thinnest bevel out there - set is visually appealing on or off. 3-D (and normal 2-D) on Blue Ray? Stunning. If you had to use TV speakers these are above average.
Cons: [...] Smart Evolution feature is actually add on - sold seperately. Doesn't handle blacks quite as well as the top plasmas - but it gets close enough.
Other Comments: This set will leave you with no buyer remorse. It is a high end TV that delivers a fantastic picture - and isn't that what we do with a TV - look at the picture?! The smart evolution kit does not come with the TV - [...] But its a truly remarkable set, without the drawbacks of plasmas or gimmicks of a curved screen.

Pros: Purchased this TV from Buydig, great price, fast delivery, very pleased. Picture is the best. This TV is better than any other TV on the market. Sony models had also received high-marks, but Sony TVs have reds that look really funky with their Triluminous display (whites also have blue tint). The Samsung tv has superior sharpness and color accuracy. The Smart TV performed better than expected. Two remotes, flawless picture, it's worth every penny.
Cons: Price is high, but you get what you pay for....so maybe not a con after all.

Other Comments: My one and only experience with Buydig.com was phenomenal! I ordered an open-box flat screen television set at a much discounted rate, and actually received a brand new, unopened box the following day. The day after purchasing the television, I called the company to ask more questions regarding the warranty on an open-box item. To my great surprise, I was told that Buydig.com oversold their open-box items, so I was going to receive a brand new television at no additional cost. I received the new television later that day. Buydig.com customer service (in my case, a very nice lady by the name of "Nancy") was fantastic, and the shipping was super fast without any hidden costs. Even though I opted for free shipping and delivery was guaranteed within 3-7 business days, I actually received the television the day after the order was placed. Kudos to Buydig.com!!!

The first one sent had a problem and stopped working after only four hours, however, it seems to have been a problem with only the first one received. At this point, we would have made the purchase again. It has been only two weeks, but so far it has a beautiful picture and works as promised :)
