Beware of doing business with Buydig.com

Other Comments: I strongly suggest that customers avoid buydig.com- the Echo Audiofire pre8, in spite of the good reviews I read, did not function upon arrival. It took several weeks to establish that it was defective from Echo's perspective. I informed buydig.com, fully expecting that I would have the unit replaced- after all I have the invoice and packing list. They refuse to accept it without the original packaging. Echo, somewhat to their credit, will repair it and send it back, but I pay shipping. Buydig.com is not to be trusted- I paid to have a new unit delivered, and will end up paying extra shipping for a defective unit to be repaired. Again, do not do business with these guys. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the pros of this unit as it does not function as of yet.
