Great "Cake" but I didn''t like the "Icing"

Pros: I literally jumped at the opportunity to buy 2 WD Elements, 1T portable drive at an incredibly low price. That was the Cake.
Cons: The icing was the inclusion of Corel PC Office Suite 4 at no additional charge. Inside the install disk's box is a piece of paper which is supposed to have the codes to install each of the four programs on the disk. The codes did not work and it took a couple calls to Corel to rectify the situation. Corel was very helpful, though.
