Pros: How wonderful to not put my hands in dirty water again. The mop not only cleans but the pad can be flipped over for more cleaning before it has to be washed. Even very dirty spots came clean. I am very pleased with my steam mop. I intend to buy another one for use in my church kitchen. It is very easy to use and it swivels very nicely for had to get places. Edie
Cons: I wish like another mop I have used that it had an on/off button and the ability to spray very dirty spots.
