Other Comments: I bought these horseshoes a couple weeks ago to use at the beach - the 2nd time they were used, my friend threw a ringer but the shoe SPLIT IN HALF when it hit the pin!! We'd never seen anything like it.
It was a clean break, right through the center of the shoe itself. Not entirely sure what the core is/was made of, it didn't look weak but clearly must have been brittle. Will be asking for a refund or a replacement set.
Before the break, this set was solid.
