Pros: Fast free delivery...and exceptional customer service
Cons: 1 ink cartridge was missing.
Other Comments: Customer service more than made up for inconvenience.I would not let 1 problem stop me from using this company again..Beachcamera could not have done more to make me a happy customer..Certainly Beachcamera was not the company that packaged the printer and cartridges in the on opened box it came in..
