Cons: not a quiet machine
does not work on medium setting
Other Comments: It works good on the high and low settings but it runs loud and sounds like it is going to sprout wings and fly. I have an open kitchen/living room and it makes them both smell fresh, especially with my 3 dogs and a cat who refuses to go outside in the snow to the bathroom. I really wish the medium setting worked. Will have to send back for a new one that works properly.

Other Comments: My whole family has one in each of their bedrooms to help drown out noises at night and helps us sleep much better. They are quiet but just enough to help you sleep. Very durable machines because we run them all night every night for years before they crater.
