Pros: It's good for a kitchen or dining area. Not as flexible for bathroom/sink/toilet areas as the X-5. But it is easier to use and is built to a higher standard than the cheapies.
Cons: More attachments and flexibility would be worth another $20. But it is a more dedicated style of steamer as it sits.
Other Comments: I use the Haan downstairs and the X-5 in the upstairs bathrooms. That seems to be the ideal mix for me.

Other Comments: I had great hopes for this product but it was a huge disappointment. I followed the instructions to the letter. I used it on our porch floor( painted wood). This steamer does not clean dirt. It just makes a mess. Don't waste your money!!!!

Other Comments: This is my first steam mop. I find that I need to mop my floors more than once a week, since we track in quite a bit of grit from the city streets. The steam mop makes the task quicker and less grueling. So far, I'm pleased with this model. It's light-weight; produces a continuous stream of steam; and the two steam settings allow me to clean the tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, as well as my hard wood floors. My apartment is about 750 sq. ft., so the water tank capacity is sufficient to clean all my floors without refilling. Plus, the steam dries quickly. My only complaint is that it takes a little more effort to push the mop across my hard wood floors. I'm not sure if it's because of the surface or if the pad becomes too wet after steaming my kitchen floor. Regardless, it beats lugging a traditional mop and pail. I'm happy with my purchase!
