Other Comments: I have a child who is a bedwetter , even using a matress protector urine odor seeps through . I used this on his matress and the smell was completely gone ! Also have a dog that insists on urinating behind my couch , it took several times using the steamer but it did get the odor out . I love this product , glad i purchased it .

Pros: Easy to assemble, Light Weight, Easy to Manuver
Cons: Heat not adjustable
Other Comments: Good for general cleaning, but did not remove sticky food particals from hard floor- those require old fashioned scrubbing. I wish you could push out extra steam or change the steam setting for hard to clean areas, but all that is pre-set and not adjustable.
