Pros: I've only used it once since I received it, but loved it. I had another brand and there wasn't as much steam and it always left a lot of water on the floor and the Haan doesn't.
Cons: None so Far.

Pros: Works great love that you don't have to hold down a button to keep it going. All the attachments make using it for more cleaning jobs very easy. Love love it
