Pros: Very timely shipping, as promised. Laptop is exactly the size I wanted; has Microsoft Office which I needed. I'm new to Windows 8.1 but was able to have both, the new icon screen, and when I turn it on it defaults to my "old" display that I am used to. I love the touch-screen (although I keep forgetting I have it!). All in all, it's a great laptop.
