Pros: Buydig is a wonderful place to purchase from.
Love, love, love this machine.
Quiet, Fast, Easy to see.
Cons: Windows 8.1 is an operating system that the whole world had to pay for and is not ready for market. It is the idea that we will put the product out there, you buy it, tell us what's wrong and then we will fix it. Small companies would go out of business if they put out a product on this model. No! No! NO! We don't want your upgrades. Get it right before you ask us to pay for it.
HP installs junk on this computer that the average user has no idea what it is. There is no seperate product list detailing what is essential and what is a program that they want you to buy for a yearly subscription. Beware of the subscriptions.
Other Comments: This computer is great for senior citizens whose eyes are failing. However, you will need to take lessons on how to use it from your grandchildren.

Pros: Nice package, fast processor. Easy to setup and use. Bought for my 75 year old wife and if she can use it it's got to be good. Seriously a good buy for the money.
Cons: Comes with Windows 8.1 you Window lovers will know what I mean. Why do they always fix something that's not broken.
