  HP Pavillion 23" HD All in One Desktop By petuneya on January 30, 2014 Review submitted for Hewlett Packard Pavilion 23" HD LED 23-b320 All-in-One Desktop PC - AMD E2-2000 Acc. Proc. (HP23B320) Pros: Loved everything about this computer which is why we picked this one. Transaction purhase went smoothly, however when we received the computer the monitor did not work. We tried calling some HP techs and all seemed to agree that the problem was with the MotherBoard. We then contacted the seller on Ebay. The gave us information and documentation to return the computer to them with no hassle. We didn't want a refund, wanted another HP computer the same as we ordered. After waiting for 5 days after they received the computer back, we called and were told that they no longer had any of those computers in stock and we agreed to a full refund. The refund was done promptly. Cons: I was told when I called them at first that they would send us out a new computer the day they received this one back at their location. We got an email that it could take up to 5 days to process the return when they received it. We waited the 5 days and then called for status. We were then told they had no more of this unit in stock. I just wish we had known that before waiting since my husband is handicapped and I had told them that he uses it all the time. That is my only con on the company....He has now had to go for days and days with no computer, which he used quite a bit daily. We did shop around but haven't found anything at the same price that had the options he was looking for that the Pavillion had. Other Comments: Although we are disappointed we did not get the Pavillion 23" HD All in one he wanted, the company did treat us fairly as far as getting us our refund in a timely manner. I am clicking yes to recommending this product because it was an excellent deal, but we never got the chance to try it out because it was received defective. (HP23B320) Pros: Easy to use, Simple, Wireless Cons: none Other Comments: Use mostly for email, surfing web, business and personal use. Does everything I need and more. Easy to set up, it basically does it on it's own. Easy to use. I got tired of touch screens, and missed the mouse. This model has wireless keyboard and mouse. The PC is also wireless. I've never had a better PC. It's also more mobile than any other Desk Top PC I've ever had. I give this my highest rating.
