Pros: Seems to work ok.
Cons: HP Dropped The Ball On This One! Got unit in and monitor had sticky film all over it. The key board still had old battery still in it. Acid residue was all in side. The cd rom still had printer driver disc still in it from former customer. This unit was never checked by any factory member at HP. It was advertised to have touch screen, it was not. The last windows defender that had been ran was april of 2014, which was over a year. That also tells you no one checked it. I have bought several refurbished products thru the years, from different brands, but I will look towards other brands than HP if their quality control is no better than this.
Other Comments: I contacted buydig, and told them about this. They offered me a 35 dollar credit, or I could just ship it back. I took the less painful route and just kept it. They said they would check product description and remove the part about touch screen. This is the first time ever buydig product was not 100% as described.
