Other Comments: I bought this monitor to have as part of a dual monitor setup. I have it connected to a mechanical arm so I can maximize the space on my desk. Since the monitor is heavy, you might need a friend to help you if you want a setup similar to mine. One person to hold the monitor and the other person to screw it in.
Another thing, is that the monitor has a thick, black border around the screen. So whatever it is that you're trying to view will never be true full screen. It bothered me at first, but now I don't even remember its there most of the time.
Now, for the main problem, the touchscreen. I'll admit that the touchscreen is an excellent feature to have in a monitor, but they could've did this feature better. The touchscreen is possible because its operating via usb; there are cameras in the corners to sense your touches. The problem with this is that its not calibrated properly and there's no way to fix it. If I go to touch an icon on my desktop, it shows the touch as being an inch away from where I touched the screen. This happens when I use my fingers or a stylus pen. I have noticed though, that when using the tablet feature where you can write with a stylus, works just fine.
So in conclusion, this is a good monitor, but be wary of certain things before you purchase: the touchscreen isn't accurate, its heavy and there's a border around the screen. Thank you for taking the time to read this and happy shopping.
Yes, I recommend this product
