Pros: Very good price for this machine. Scans easily, prints quickly.
Cons: I had trouble configuring it to my PC, and can only get it to print as (Copy 1), but that's probably my lack of IT knowledge.

Pros: Ccustomer service was great! The printer was shipped out immediately and I received in 2 to 3 days. Extremely easy to set up! Prints fast & doesn't use nearly as much ink as a color printer would. Ink doesn't dry out nearly as fast if not used. Overall, I am really impressed with this printer.

Pros: Printer works OK.
Cons: Prints OK, but fax does not work if you have DSL even with a DSL Filter. Previous HP's I owned worked OK with a filter but on this model. Every time I plugged in the fax line my phone line went dead. I did dozens of fax test and every time they came back "no dial tone detected
