great printer bad power supply

Pros: setup was easy, all parts were in the box. HP support was great. the printer worked great after HPsent a new power supply
Cons: the power supply 0957 2304 had problems. if you did not turn the printer on or when you would turn it off the supply would trip and had to be reset by unplugging it and plugging it back in and turn the printer on at the same time. I found this out on line thru reviews hp support was great sent me another power supply and worked great..
Other Comments: they must know by now that some of these power supplys are either too sensitive or just defective,
