Other Comments: The cleaner is very powerful. It is NOT a steam cleaner. Therefore I felt like I did not get what I order. I have another carpet cleaner that has a heater on it, and it does put out hot water. You say this is a steam machine (WRONG). It is not a steam cleaner. Would I buy another one, NO. It is not the cleaner that I thought it would be. If it is a steam cleaner, then where is the heater for the water?

Other Comments: I use this to clean my house, since I have animals this is a great asset. Also, there are disabled people living in this house so there are other messes that have to be dealt with, this works at getting them cleaned. It is noisy, but that helps in not being able to hear the phone, so I can skip all the annoying phone calls I get. I wish the holding tank was a bit bigger, so I didn't have to stop, empty, and refill as often as I do. I knew about the size before, but that is the biggest I could find in this price range.

Other Comments: The area of greatest concern is the carpet in the family room. This carpet collects a lot of dirt because the room has an entry from the carport. I live a rural setting and do not have a paved driveway, so a lot of dirt finds its way indoors. This Hoover Carpet Scrubber handles the task beautifully. I like seeing both how much cleaning solution remains in the clean tank and can watch the solution enter the dirty tank. Best of all is how quickly the carpet dries and how reasonable the cost. It has already paid for itself.
