Pros: Powerful, Simple Instructions, Easy to Use

Other Comments: Easy to put together right out of the box. Instructions were simple to understand. I found the trick is to go real slow and do more drying strokes than the instructions say. On real dirty areas I presoaked as instructed , washed , rinsed, then dried. The rinsing stroke realy helps on real dirty areas. I used the Prof Cleaning soln Hoover sales online and had great results for a 4 yr old carpet with dog!
