Great carpet cleaner

Other Comments: I had previously owned a Hoover cleaner and liked the brushes. I wanted to be able to clean both carpet and vinyl. I used the cleaner first to scrub my kitchen floor. My vinyl is made to look like tile and the cleaner had some trouble getting what looks like the "grout" line clean but otherwise did a decent job. It was very good at extracting the excess water. I then used it on my carpet and I was even more pleased with the job it did there. It did a great job even on the traffic areas and the carpet was dry in about 2-3 hours afterwards. My last Hoover had repair problems with the turbine that turns the brushes so I'm hoping this one is better. Time will tell.
