The inner joints ripped off after few days

Pros:
Cons: The bed has inner joins which give it a shape of bed and keeps it stiff.
After few days the inner joints towards inbuilt air pump got ripped off and it became like a balloon.
I am just over return period so cant even return the bed now.
Completely dissatisfied with this and feel like waste of money. I have also uploaded snap to give an idea what I am trying to say.
