4 out of 5 stars   Wish my child didn''t need to carry a library to school, but this backpack helps.

Pros: Holds plenty Sturdy Numerous pockets/sections Ergonomic shoulder straps
Cons: Flaps that cover the zippers have a tendency to get in the way, causing the zippers to get stuck. Must remember to fold them back out of the way when zipping it closed.
Other Comments: I have been a fan of JanSport backpacks since I was in junior high, I will be forty in March. My twelve year old daughter had the Superbreak version when school started and we found that the amount of books she would end up needing to carry daily just could not fit into that one, without a struggle. I did some research and found this larger backpack. Perfect! Even better is that I found it on BuyDig.com for about $20 less than other sites. We love the trendy color selections, but I am happy that it comes in a simple black. It holds everything but the kitchen sink, without her looking as if she is about to go hiking. Sometimes you need the space, but not the bungee straps, bells and whistles. Yes, the backpack looks as if she has turtle shell, but she is pretty small in size, about 4' 8" tall and weighing about 93 lbs. She loves the backpack, rates it high and mentions the ease of fitting all she needs in it quite often. The padded ergonomic straps and back are comfy. The backpack is quite roomy, having multiple (I think we counted 8) pockets/sections allowing her to sort her school books and accessories. It also comes with a laptop sleeves that fits into a section against the back. The side water bottle net feature allows for small last minute items, as does the front pocket that has a Velcro closure. My only negative at the moment and the reason the backpack gets four stars instead of five, is the flaps that cover some of the zippered sections. They have a tendency to get caught in the zipper, if not folded back out of the way. Something we have to remember when closing those sections. My daughter and I like this backpack and plan on using this style next school year and yes, I will be shopping BuyDig.com first.
